How Did You Get Your Start In Modeling?
I went to an open call for an agency, and the rest is history
What Types Of Modeling Do You Do?
Beauty, Lifestyle Print, Catalog, Runway, Parts
What Are Your Goals For Modeling And Have You Reached Any Of Them?
One of my main goals is to sign a cosmetics contract, I haven't yet but got to collaborate on a few demo shoots with Anastasia Beverly Hills and Mali Magic, so it was awesome. One of my goals was to sign with agencies in multiple cities and I'm glad I got to do it. I would love to be on the cover of a magazine. To Sign a hair contract again (I had one with Andre Walker but it expired after 3 years). I would love to have fragrance and beauty contracts, shoot clothing campaigns, and have consistent clients and catalog work to name a few, lol.
What Was Your Best Modeling Experience/Memory?
There are so many, but one of the best experiences was working with Andre Walker Hair, Andre was such an amazing person to work with! His energy and his confidence in me made me feel so welcome he really brings out the red carpet treatment and you just feel good around him, I got to meet some fellow artists from Baltimore like Glenford Nunez and Jamaya Moore the vibe was amazing and the shoot was incredible and the pictures are still some of my favorite pictures I've ever shot.
What Was Your Worst Modeling Experience/Memory?
At the time I hadn't signed with an agency yet and was still freelancing a lot, and I did a modeling job, the client said he would pay me the day of, then didn't get paid from him. He said the client will pay in a week, then didn't hear back from them for a month, I just kept chasing them around, and I bluffed and said I knew his client and was going to call them (I didn't but I wanted to get paid), he met me the same day 3 months later at a gas station with the money and apologized and blamed it on his client. I'm grateful for the experience because it made me update my portfolio work hard on my fitness, and finally invested in a good team and got some decent pictures and signed with an agency.
If Or When You Leave The Modeling World What Do You Hope To Leave As Your Legacy?
I'm not sure, I know I love this industry and want to be a help in some sort of way, so kinda letting life unfolded organically at this moment.
If You Could Sum Up Your Modeling Experience In Three Words, What Would They Be?
Passionate, Creative, Special!
If You Could Walk For One Designer Who Would It Be And Why?
Zac Posen his dresses are incredible just absolutely breathtaking, OMG! so stunning and beautiful.
