#WerkItWednesday : Neutral Navy

I hope this week has been giving you a reason to smile. I think we all need that every once in a while. In fact, the only blues you should have this week should be seen in Nuetral Navy this #WerkItWednesday. I am in South Florida but I know some places are still in an arctic grip - so I included a thick woven sweater for this look.
